Refund Policy

There is a 30-day return policy, after receiving an order you have 30 days to request a return inclusive of the stipulations below:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be un its original condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required. All other requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that we're not able to refund shipping fees & duties at this time. In cases where shipping was included as part of the order, the standard shipping fee for your country will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return contact support@krystelleleecosmetics.com, if accepted you will be sent a return shipping label. Orders/Items sent back without first contacting support will not be accepted for return!

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene policies, we are unable to offer refund, returns or exchanges on "used" brushes and other similar purchases that effect hygiene. Please contact us to discuss any issues you may be experiencing.

 

Brush Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Brush refund, return and exchanges will be a case by case basis. 

Krystelle Lee Cosmetics LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund at any time.
