REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact support@krystelleleecosmetics.com with your order number and reason for the request.
All return, refund, and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval.
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic brushes and beauty tools, most return requests will not be approved. Once products leave our facility, we cannot verify how they have been stored, handled, or used, and therefore cannot guarantee they are suitable for resale.
To be considered for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition they were received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
• Used brushes or beauty tools
• Discontinued items
• Clearance items
• Final sale items
• Promotional or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Any item deemed unsanitary or unsuitable for resale
If a return request is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Krystelle Lee Cosmetics LLC reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, or replacement request at its sole discretion.
